1 cup Campbell Farms rice flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg, well beaten
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and egg. Mix until well blended.
Add vegeteble oil and mix well. Pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes or
until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk, scalded
1/4 cup butter
2 cups cooked Campbell Farms rice
3/4 cup raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Beat eggs until frothy. Beat sugar and salt into eggs until creamy. Add scalded milk. Add butter, rice, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Place in a dish filled with 1 inch of water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
2 cups cooked Campbell Farms popcorn rice
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Season to taste
Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Saute’ onions in oil. Add rice and fry until slightly browned. Add eggs and seasonings. Cook on medium heat until all the eggs are cooked. Great with a teriyaki dish!
2 cans asparagus
1 cup butter
1 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup evaporated milk
8 oz. white chedder cheese
1/8 tsp. thyme
Season with salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 cups cooked Campbell Farms popcorn riceSaute onion and garlic in butter. Add soups, bouillon cube, and milk. Mix well. Melt cheese in soup mixture. Add seasonings and mix well. Stir rice into mixture. Gently stir asparagus into mixture. Spoon into a casserole dish and brown in a 350 degree oven.
2 to 3 cups cooked Campbell Farms aromatic rice
1 lb. ground beef or pork
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mushrooms
1 cup butter
Brown meat with onion soup mix. Drain meat well. Add bouillon cubes, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Mix rice with butter and then stir into meat. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until brown.
